Dear brothers,

As you know, our church is going to have an inauguration ceremony on 7/24/2010 (Sat). It’s not only one day ceremony but also a new milestone for all of us.
In the Bible, it mentions the power of praying.  This week, we will put it in practice.  This week, we will practice the lesson of praying and fasting.  In 使徒行傳
14:22    堅固門徒的心、勸他們恆守所信的道．又說、我們進入　神的國、必須經歷許多艱難。
14:23    二人在各教會中選立了長老、又禁食禱告、就把他們交託所信的主。

Fasting prayer is an action to show our urgency to pray. It’s completely voluntary. We decide to have a dinner fasting on this Friday (7/23) to pray for the next day
MMCBC inauguration ceremony and the future direction of MMCBC. We recommend you to eat lunch or snack ahead of time. Dinner will be skipped and do not
eat till the next day morning.

Although some people might not be able fasting, you are welcomed and encouraged to join the prayer meeting with us. Look forward to seeing you.
